Is there a summer sewer credit?
Yes. From June through September, sewer usage is capped at your winter-quarter average so lawn watering isn’t billed as sewer.
Who fixes a frozen water line?
The town is responsible from the main to the curb stop; the property owner is responsible from the curb stop into the home.
